P90X: Day 9 & 10

Day 9 was Plyometrics again. Last week was aweful and I wanted to die about 20 minutes in. This week was a complete 180 and although I was exhausted by the end, I managed to get through all of it. I did have to modify some of the jumping move because of my bad knee's but in such a way that I was still trying to get the same effect. I am quite proud of myself after this workout because it was a physical sign that my fitness is improving after just one week.

Day 10 was Arms & Shoulders + Ab Ripper X. Again I saw visible improvement from last week I'm lifting about 9lbs at the moment with the last 3 being a little bit of a struggle, I think in the next week or two I'll up the weight a bit more to keep things working. My left arm is definitely weaker and is the major limiting factor right now.

  1. Plyo is my WORST day. I mean I've seen some improvement, but it's still tough. I just started P90X about three weeks ago and have loved it so far. Hope you are doing well!
