So, we're into week two .... Chest & Back + Ab-Ripper X again.
I REALLY need to clarify just how much I suck at push-ups. "Girl" push-ups at that. Regular push-ups from the knees aren't so bad, I can usually do about 10 - 15 but when I have to change the positioning of my hands in relation to my body things start to go wrong and I'll be lucky if I can crank out five. Hopefully it'll get easier because right now its a little demoralizing.
Hubby discovered last night that his body needs him to feed it more carbs.
