P90X: Day 11, 12 & 13

Day 11 was Yoga .... Progressed through it quite well. Hubby did MUCH better than he did last week.

Day 12 was K&Q Rapier so didn't do what I was supposed to, it got pushed to Sunday.

Day 13 ended up being the Legs & Back routine followed by Ab Ripper X. My butt-cheeks still hurt!
