You may be wondering where Day 5 went. Saturday workouts will be problematic from time to time since we have SCA events, we're still going to do the workouts but we may have to double-up on Sundays.
So....
Legs & Back at rediculous-o'clock this morning. As you would imagine, lots of squats and calf raises, interspersed with back work to give the legs a quick break. I've always had fairly strong legs so I didn't find this workout so bad.
Kempo....Where hubby had issues with Yoga, I have issue with Kempo. I don't neccessarily find it hard but my coordination SUCKS! A boxer I will never be. Its a decent workout though and i'm hoping I get better at it.
