Yoga.....When I got home from work I ached in every muscle group and was't sure how this workout would go. I started out incredibly stiff but gradually losened up, by the end of the 90 minutes I felt phenominal! My triceps still hurt but that was about it.
I would say this is more of an intermediate yoga workout but I was able to do pretty much everything, although I did have to modify a few things as I wasn't strong enough. I'm hoping those poses get easier over time.
Hubby found this workout incredibly hard, mostly due to the limitations he has with his bad back. He's gonna keep at it but will have to ignore some of the moves in favour of ones that don't aggrivate his back.
