P90X: Day 2

Plyometrics .... OMFG!!! Basically this is an hour of squats, jumping and lateral movement. I was ready to die about 20 minutes in.

I can see great benefit to this "routine" though, there's lots on lateral and somewhat angular movement while building on strength and stamina. I think its a great cardio complement to fencing.
