So, last night was "Day 1".... Chest & Back + Ab Ripper X. We basically spent an hour doing various different styles of push-ups and "pull-ups" using those rubber bands. My band work was not so bad but as far as push-ups go, holy crap! I am so weak with those. All I can hope is that I get stronger over time.
I started out with lighter weights and resistance bands, I'll be upping those for the next session. Although I don't want a lot of bulk, I still need more weight to make those last three reps a bit harder.
My arms and core have that great "ache" that lets me know that I worked hard even if my strength is currently lacking.
