Day 45 bought us Back & Biceps with Ab-Ripper X afterwards. I'm lifting heavier weights now which I'm quite proud off, although I did have to make them lighter towards the end because the tendon in my left elbow started to feel tendor.
I even seemed to have an easier time with the Ab-Ripper workout, getting through it without taking as many breaks. I can't believe how much I struggle with this.
Day 46 was Yoga X. Hubby's chiropractor banned him from doing yoga last night so I was on my own. I really enjoy the yoga routine, I get a lot out of it and it's definitely making me stronger. In fact I would say that the main reason I can now do full "military" push-ups is because of the Plank to Upward Dog ashanja's (sp?).
On a side-note, I've been using yoga blocks all along as my hamstring flexibility SUCKS but last night I got to use a real yoga mat and I have to say it made a huge difference in stability. I've been using a foam insulation mat but my hands and feet constantly slide under the pressure of some of the poses, but last night on the true yoga I didn't. I'll be buying a proper mat next week.
