Flashers!

What is with drivers in this country? I’m certain now that its a local phenominom to the United States!
It would seem that the majority of drivers just automatically expect the person behind them to know which way they are going to turn next! There I will be, happily driving along behind someone keeping a reasonable distance only to have them break suddenly and start swerving all over the place trying to decide what direction they want to go in. Or even worse, they start to randomly merge over into another lane, very slowly I might add without actually using their breaks!

Do people not care that its considered polite to let those behind you know where or what you’re going to do next? Does it really take that much effort to flick a lever up or down to show your intent?

And another thing, who in their right mind decided it was intelligent to make the indicator lights (flashers for the non-bilingual) the same red as the break lights? IDIOTS!
